OIT will be upgrading the Identity Management System (IDM) on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 12:01 AM to 12:30 AM. The IDM Admin, Campus Directory, and MercedID sites will be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes while the application is restarted.

Description

OIT will be performing maintenance on our Windows Server Infrastructure hosting Computer Labs software and services on Thursday, March 27th from 8:30 am through 11:30 am. During this maintenance, VeraLab, Deep Freeze, and licensing for Comsol, ArcGIS, Origin Lab, MATLAB, and Wolfram Mathematica will not be available.

[Investigating] OIT is investigating reports of issue with logging into CatLife where campus members encounter an error when logging in via SSO. We are working with our vendors to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will share information as we have it.
