[Resolved] After continued monitoring and vendor confirmation, CIE and OIT have confirmed stability and reliability of the Qualtrics email function. If you continue to experience issues, please visit Qualtrics Support at www.qualtrics.com/support or reach out to analyticshub@ucmerced.edu.

[Monitoring] Our Qualtrics vendor was able to restore email functionality to Qualtrics yesterday afternoon, and CIE and OIT are seeing emails from Qualtrics successfully sending again. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure ongoing stability and reliability of this service.

[Investigating] CIE (Center of Institutional Effectiveness) and OIT are aware of an issue affecting Qualtrics that prevents Qualtrics from sending out any emails, including emails for distributing surveys, workflow notifications, and survey reminders. CIE and OIT have engaged with Qualtrics to remedy this issue. We will provide updates as soon as we have additional information to share.
