[Identified] After monitoring the service, OIT has discovered that the Zoom integration in CatCourses has not been restored since restoration efforts have began. Zoom is aware and we are working with them in order to restore the integration's functionality as soon as possible. You can still utilize Zoom functionalities outside of CatCourses using Zoom Workplace or in browser at https://ucmerced.zoom.us/.

[Identified] OIT is aware of a critical Zoom outage affecting all of campus. Zoom Meetings, Zoom Web Portal and Zoom Phone (OIT's Classroom Support Line) are inaccessible. Zoom is currently tracking this issue via their status page (https://status.zoom.us/) and we will post updates as we have them.

OIT will be performing network maintenance in the Kolligian Library on Thursday, April 17th from 8:45 AM through noon. This maintenance effort should have no user-facing impact.

[Investigating] OIT is aware that UCPath and the I9 Tracker are currently inaccessible to all UC staff with those who attempt to access the systems facing a screen without a login option or are unable to login successfully. The UCPath Center is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We’ll share updates in this space as we get them from the UCPATH Center.
